Today was the first day of school for my kids and the first day at their new school. They did much better than I expected, at least there was no crying. As we walked up to school Carsyn turned to me and said "This is kind of scary mom". I feel for them, I hated the first day of school, even in college. Well now Nixon is demanding every bit of my attention so I must go play cars and legos!

Hey Lisa - I looked for you this morning but we must have missed each other. My kids went over to check out who their teachers were last Friday and mistakenly saw a "Carson" in Heather's class. She was so excited all weekend only to be disappointed this morning when I pointed out that it was not Carsyn Race but a different Carson. Oh well - they'll see each other on the playground !
